1) Run 30 miles in 30 days to earn a $30 (£30/€30) reward at roka.com, valid on any order $95 (£95/€95) or more.
2) Complete 30 kilometers in one run and you'll also earn a limited edition ROKA Dirty 30 woven patch.
3) Post your sweatiest summer run selfie using #ROKADirty30 and you'll be entered to win a pair of the same custom eyewear runners like Sage Canaday, Lauren Fleshman and the Brooks Beasts are wearing this summer.

The Challenge starts and ends based on each participant's local time zone.
Manual entries and non-virtual treadmill runs will not count towards the challenge goal. Activities must be marked "Everyone."
GPS and virtual runs will count towards the Challenge goal. For more information about virtual activities, please visit Strava's Support Center. Virtual runs are categorized as those that include GPS, distance, elevation, and time data from a simulated route.
All activities logged during the Challenge period must be uploaded to Strava no later than three days after the Challenge ends.
