Dr. Anh Bui of Run Resiliently is back for another Wellness Wednesday, this time focusing on something that everyone has likely experienced at some point in their training- IT Band syndrome!

In her own words:
IT Band Syndrome is the most common cause of lateral knee pain in runners and accounts for 15% of all running injuries. While foam rolling the quads and hamstrings are great, IT Band Syndrome is often correlated to decreased hip strength and poor biomechanics.

Join us for an evening of hip strength, stabilization exercises, and mobility work.

If you have them, bring a yoga mat, resistance band, and foam roller to practice with what you use at home! (we have a limited amount of these in the shop)
