ProTech Bicycle’s Tuesday Levee training ride

Hey guys and ESPECIALLY ladies:
ProTech and friends are doing an endurance training ride on the levee that runs along the sawgrass  EVERY Tuesday..
A Group-Markham to Hillsboro and back est 30 miles.
15-20 mph
B Group-Markham to Atlantic est 15 miles.
11-16mph
C Group-Markham to just north of Oakland Park est 10 miles.
8-11mph

We roll out at 7:10pm---BRING LIGHTS AND YOUR HELMET. Off road ride - mountain bike or sturdy hybrid.

We’re trying to get more women motivated and faster as riders.
Since a lot of the guys riding are exceptionally fast (cause our boys/ ladies ride hard aka champs lol),
we will have a slightly friendlier women’s group riding with them at our own easier but still challenging pace.
