This page is for all members of the AB Training Group in East Sussex, as well as for anyone who wants to follow their exploits. The training group is dedicated to improving performance in endurance events from 3000m and 5000m on the track to 5k, 10k, half marathon, marathon and ultra running on the roads, as well as cross-country. The minimum requirement to be able to train effectively with the groups is ~16.30 for 5k, as well as having a strong desire to get faster. #believebelongperform
