The idea is to keep a streak going, with a 5km goal.
ALWAYS label your 5k, 5k chalenge etc.. easier for other group members to see on a Saturday.
I've set my target time at 15.00. Given my treadmill only goes 20km hr, and to be honest it wasn't easy today and if the red wines keep going down as easy as they have been, it will only get tougher.
The rules, no tapering, normal training if you can, exercise safely, distance and isolate where possible.
Try to get as close to your target time as you can each week.
