Free Group Runs:

Tuesdays: Grosse Pointe 6:30pm (3-8 miles)
Wednesdays: Utica 6:30pm (April-October, the 1st Wednesday each month, a timed 5k)
Thursdays: Royal Oak 6:30pm (4-8 miles)
Sundays: Lake Orion 8am (9+ miles)

Join our free group runs! You choose the distance and pace. For yours and others safety, please make sure to bring a headlamp along with some sort of reflective device.
