Trail Running scotland

Welcome to the Trail Running Scotland Strava club!

Our aim is to share routes, experiences and motivation about trail running in Scotland.

We will be offering training, guiding and inspiration in all things trail running related.
Our courses are designed to increase your confidence and enjoyment of off-road running through improved running technique, navigation skills to help you to explore and tips for dealing with rough terrain with a grin!
We will also be launching soon our selection of guided trips, where we will tour Scotland enjoying the very best of it's trails.
