Every second of every day, Strava athletes are striving to be their best. We owe them the same relentless commitment to achievement. So we provide our teammates with everything they need to succeed, such as comprehensive health and welfare benefits – we cover 100% of the premiums for employees and their dependents for medical, dental and vision. To fuel a healthy lifestyle, we also provide lockers to stash clothes and commuting gear, showers, towel service, yoga classes, wholesome snacks, a health club stipend and (of course) plenty of in-office bike parking.

We Expedite Learning
Winning for Strava is learning quickly and adapting based on what we learn, over and over again until we serve the world’s athletes better than anyone. We emphasize learning and innovation. For example, once per quarter we host Strava Jams, three days to dream up cool new features and work on passion projects. We have a generous tuition reimbursement program and host Learning Labs to encourage peer education. And from company-wide volunteer days, to an annual Guacamole Challenge, to team offsites and weekly group activities, we strive to make Strava a fulfilling, challenging and fun place to work.
