Frankston long run (Saturday)

Meet at the Ballam Park Reserve car park as you turn left into the service lane off Cranbourne Rd for a prompt 8am start. https://maps.app.goo.gl/tdv3KvPRsJGJYzBS8

We will head out along the Peninsula Link Trail towards Langwarrin Flora and Fauna Reserve which is fully pathed until we hit the reserve which is a fire trail mixed with sections of sand. We will run through the beautiful Owen Dawson trail and then complete a perimeter loop of the reserve before coming back via the Penlink trail. However, feel free to turn as early as you like.
I will also be running this run a lot slower today to show the way for those who haven't run in these trails before.
