SMASH @ MAAP LaB: Amsterdam

A midweek ride to get the legs turning!

The LaB Amsterdam SMASH ride is a faster pace ride where we average approx 31 - 32km/h for around 2 - 2.5 hours. While the pace will be high, the focus is on going fast together, so expect to be rotating off the front and managing those pace lines.

ROLL OUT: 18:30

Please note, we will start and finish at the LaB but it will not be opened when we return. There will be no ‘bag drop’ offered.

Please ensure you download the route and let the ride leader know if it’s your first time joining us so they can be sure to give you a warm welcome.
